The piece has 3 panels of ships, cavalry and infantry after the work of William Lionel Wyllie. The border is elaborate with late Victorian dignitaries. There is profuse use of gilding.
The print is presented in a glazed wooden frame with a single card mount.
It was issued in The London Illustrated News for Queen Victoria's Jubilee in 1897.
