The KS98 Dress Bayonet was a ceremonial bayonet used by German military personnel during World War II. It was primarily used for parade and dress occasions, and was not intended for combat use. The bayonet featured a 10-inch blade with a double-edged tip and was often displayed with a leather frog and portepee. This particular bayonet features a steel scabbard and leather frog. Also stamped ‘CARL EICKHORN SOLINGEN’ and dated ‘41’.

*Condition*

Good condition. The blade is well preserved. Some pitting throughout and a dent on the back of the scabbard. The leather frog has some signs of surface ware. Please refer to the images as a part of our condition report.
