A beautiful sterling silver brooch of two gazelles by George Tarratt, designed by Geoffrey Bellamy.

The open-work silver brooch shows two leaping gazelle with bull rushes.

The brooch has a typical pin clasp to reverse.

The brooch is marked ‘English Silver, George Tarratt’ and is fully hallmarked for silver, Birmingham 1956 and with a makers stamp of ‘GTLd’ (George Tarratt Ltd).

It has an engraved facsimile signature of Geoffrey Bellamy to the reverse and is numbered ‘No. 81’.

The brooch measures 3cm by 4.5cm.

It weighs 10.4g.

~ Condition ~

The brooch is in a lovely condition with only a few tiny marks, but little wear and no damages.
