Here we have a good example of an old ships telegraph made by ‘Mechan & Sons Ltd, Engineers & Admirality Contractors, Scotstoun Glasgow’.

The telegraph is a one faced piece with a white display, as can be seen in the pictures.

The piece has an opening on its lower end for the corresponding wires and vent holes on the sides.

~ Condition ~

The piece is in used condition with some rust on its metal body.

The handle is missing.

Otherwise it works as intended.
