WW2 Mk5 Sten Gun With Inert Rounds, Spare Magazine and Bayonet (Deactivated)

Second World War British Mark V Sten Sympathetically Deactivated

Introduced in 1944, the Mk V was a better-quality, more elaborate version of the Mk II. Changes included a wooden pistol grip, a wooden stock, and a bayonet mount. There was a No. 4 Lee–Enfield rear sight and the weapon was of better quality manufacture and finish than the Mk II and Mk III.

This particular Sten gun is deactivated to the current EU/UK regulations and comes with an additional removable magazine, 5 rounds of inert ammunition and a bayonet attachment. The gun is able to cock and lock in the safe position and the magazine is able to be moved to the vertical or horizontal position.

*Condition*

This Sten functions as described and shows the patina of a used sub-machine gun with expected scratches and marks. Please see pictures as they are part of this report.
