This is an excellent, Kriegsmarine dagger, once belonging to an Kriegsmarine Officer during World War 2. This was a ceremonial dagger issued to officers of the German Navy (Kriegsmarine) during the Third Reich era. It features a double edged, 24.5 cm blade (42cm overall) with smooth engraved faces. The blade, hilt and scabbard are excellently decorated.

~Condition~

This knife is in very good condition with a slight chip to the point of the blade and some denting on the scabbard. The wiring around the grip is missing and the eagle pommel is slightly loose and faces the wrong way. Please see pictures for more detail.
