A Second World War pair of DF 10x50 German marine binoculars by HUET PARIS.

The binoculars have serial nr. 4453.

The French company Huet Paris is well known for the manufacturing of fine quality military optics at first and Second World War.

In June 1940, France was occupied by German troops. They recognized the highly qualified and powerful optics and recruited the company Huet for making these binoculars for the German armed forces.

These binoculars are finished in a textured leather.

The binoculars have a length of 9 ½ inches (24 cm).

They weigh 1.54 kg.

*Condition*

Both tubes are a bit polluted, but for the age of these binoculars you have a sharp picture and a relative good view.

The rubber eye cups have deteriorated but the lens gives a sharp picture.

There is some wear and tear to the metal and the textured leather but the item presents well.
