A gold plated wristwatch with an MST 372 calibre movement by the Swiss watchmakers Roamer dating to the 1950’s.

The watch has a silvered dial with both Arabic numerals and hour markers. It has two stylish hands and a seconds hand with red arrow tip.

The dial is named ‘Roamer’.

The watch case is of gold plated metal while the screw on case-back is of plain stainless steel.

The case-back is named ‘Roamer and has a serial no. of ‘9087’ along with ‘84’ within a circle.

The watch has a 17 jewel, ‘MST 372’ calibre movement named ‘Roamer’.

The MST 372 (along with the 371) was in production from 1944-1962.

The watch comes on a modern brown leather strap.

The dial has a diameter of 28mm while the watch measures 32mm across the bezel (35mm including crown).

The watch has a length on strap of 23cm (9 inches).

It weighs 33.5g.

~ Condition ~

The dial is reasonably clean.

The crystal has a small crack to one edge.

The gold plating is rather worn in parts (see images).

Overall the watch is in a decent vintage condition and still presents well.

It is in good working order.
