This is an Adrian helmet dating back to the Great War.

The front peak of the helmet bears a brass plaque decorated with laurel and a central cartouche that reads:

'J Bret
114 E
Soldat de la Grande Guerre
1914-1918'

Traces of the original paint are still visible on the skull.

The lining inside is missing.

The helmet is 29.5 cm long by 22 cm wide and 15 cm tall.

It is size 'Small'.

It weighs 855 grams.
