Unique Ornamental WW1 18-Pounder Artillery Shell

Display piece 18-pounder commonwealth artillery shell.  The 18-pounder field gun was the standard field artillery piece of all Commonwealth armies during the First World War. This particular piece cleverly displays the inner working of the shell. The shell case is stamped and dated to 1916.

The shell is in very good condition. The shell case is in need of a clean and polish. Please refer to the images as a part of the condition report.
