The books are illustrated with monochrome photos, maps & plans including fold-outs.
The books have embossed, red cloth hardback covers with gilt text to spines.
~ Dimensions ~
Each book measures 19cm (7 ½ inches) by 25cm (10 inches).
Together they will take up 28cm (11 inches) of your bookshelf.
The set weighs 12.4 Kg
~ Condition ~
There is a little foxing to a few of the books though this is mainly either to the front few pages and/or the very edges of the pages but overall the majority of the books are clean.
The covers have a little wear in parts.
The front couple of pages of the 9th volume have come lose, the rest of the book (and all the others) have no damage inside.
The set was issued over a number of years which may explain the slight difference in the writing on the spines and slight variation in cover colour.
The set in general is in a very nice condition with only some age wear to be expected.
