This double-barreled box lock shotgun follows a side-by-side construction and hails from the renowned gun-making region of Eibar, Spain. Crafted by Ignacio Ugartechea, it represents one of the many family-owned gun-making businesses renowned for producing high-quality shotguns. This particular specimen is in excellent condition, featuring exquisite engravings of conch shells and fine chequering on the stock.
Stamped with the BP proof mark, this shotgun indicates production post-1931.

Very good condition. Nicely preserved sawn-off shotgun. This shotgun conforms to the latest deactivation spec, so breaks but does not dry-fire or strip down. Painstakingly built by hand, these are not mass produced or fit with an “acceptable” tolerance. This shotgun has great fit and finish. This shotgun displays honest field use.
