~ Pair Of Small Silver Monogrammed Bud Vases Birmingham 1913 ~
A lovely pair of silver monogrammed bud vases dating to 1913.
The vases are of slender tubular form with a flared necks and flared weighted bases.
They are plain but for a monogramme to the front of each with the initials ‘SES’.
The vases are both hallmarked for silver, Birmingham, 1913 and have a makers mark of ‘CS*FS’ for Cornelius Desormeaux Saunders & James Francis Hollings (Frank) Shepherd.
~ Dimensions ~
The vases have diameters of 6.5cm (2 ½ inches) to the necks of and measure 14cm (5 ½ inches) in height.
Together they weigh 365g.
~ Condition ~
Both vases have a few minor dents but are overall in a very nice condition with only light age wear.
