~ 1950 Ladies Silver & Enamel Royal Corps of Signals Compact ~
A fine octagonal silver ladies compact decorated with the Royal Corps of Signals colours and badge.
The lid has machine turned engraving either side of an enamelled vertical stripe with the Royal Corps of Signals colours and with their silver crest
attached.
The reverse has machine turned engraving.
To the inside of the compact is the mirror and there is part of the old make up holder.
The compact is hallmarked to the inside for Birmingham silver, 1950 with a makers mark of ‘JWB’.
The compact comes with a small cloth bag for protection.

The compact has a diameter of 7.5cm.
It weighs 103g.
~ Condition ~
The compact is in a very nice condition with only light marks from use and with no damage to the enamel.
