~ Pair Of Early 20th Century Indian Cavalry Sabres ~

A pair of early 20th Century Indian cavalry sabres having a nut to the pommel with a tiger head, a brass hilt with half-basket guard and a long curved blade with etched scroll leaves.

They are housed in a green velvet wrapped wooden scabbard.

~ Condition ~

The blades are clean, the scabbards are in good order though the velvet has faded.

~ Dimensions ~

The swords are 87 cm (34.25 inches) long, the blades are 76 cm (30 inches) in length.
