This percussion musket with blued steel barrel, 3 blued bands, blank lock plate, metal butt plate and trigger guard and under barrel steel ramrod. It has indistinct Indian makers mark on the barrel. It is likely to have been made in India for Indian service. The stock is marked 649.

Approximate measurements:2 3/4″ (108.5cm) total length. 27 1/4 barrel length. Approx: 5 bore.

*Condition*
This gun is able to be cocked and dry-fired. This musket is in good condition with pitting and tarnishing to the lock plate and the barrel. Lovely patina to the wood. Please see pictures for more detail.
