Genuine 1953 Ishapore Lee-Enfield Rifle

On sale is a 1953 No1 Mk3 Rifle Factory Ishapore (RFI) Lee-Enfield rifle with strap that can be fully cocked. The legendry Lee–Enfield is a bolt-action, magazine-fed repeating rifle that served as the main firearm of the military forces of the British Empire and Commonwealth during the 20th century, and was the British Army's standard rifle from its official adoption in 1895 until 1957. This particular rifle was produced for the Indian military at Ishapore in 1953.

All in all, the rifle is in extremely good condition. With good quality polished wood and metal that has a small amount rust(see magazine). Please refer to images for more detail.
