~ 1806 Reverse Painting On Glass Of Admiral Lord Nelson's Funeral Barge ~
The piece is titled "A Correct Representation of the Funeral Barge which conveyed the Body of the late Lord Nelson from Greenwich to Whitehall Jany. 8th. 1806.".
The picture is transfer-printed on glass and depicts Nelson's funeral barge, shown on the Thames, flying the Royal Standard, white ensign and a flag with Nelson's coat of arms.
It is presented in a simple oak frame.
