Engineers Scale Model Of A Hydraulic Turntable

An engineers scale model of a hydraulic turntable.

The model is designed and modelled by Charles Andrews and Sons. The model consists of a revolving octagonal turntable with a removable gantry above travelling on rails. This is all mounted on a mahogany boxed plinth under a square perspex cover.

~ Dimensions ~

The octagonal turntable is 14 1/2 inches (36.8cm) in diameter. The case measures 21 inches by 21 inches (53.3cm) overall with a height of 17.5 inches (44.5cm) with the perspex cover on.

~ Condition ~

The model is in excellent condition. The turntable is still able to move and turn and the set has no sign of wear or damage. The perspex cover is a little worn but remains in a good overall condition.
