Taken together, it looks like a team of people who repaired and serviced Junkers engines at front-line units.
It is a good rare token from Daimler-Benz Motoren factory. Daimler-Benz Motoren made a big effort for Nazi Germany during the WW2, manufacturing motors and other vehicles using in many cases slave labourers, as many other important German companies did. Nowadays Mercedes-Benz is one of the most reputed car manufacturers in the world. This token or metal ID tag, was probably used by service engineers and mechanics, or factory workers. It has engraved a number to identify the worker we assume. It's made from Zinc, and condition it's complete and it's perfectly legible. It is Rare to find tokens like this.
