This knife is a J. Nowill & Sons Knife fighting knife. These knives would have been used throughout World War 2 and resemble the Fairbairn Sykes commando knives. The knife has a 6 inch double sided blade with a wood and bone/ivory grip. There is no visible maker’s mark but it is thought that this knife was made by J. Nowill and Sons, Sheffield. This is a unique collector’s item and comes with a leather scabbard. This particular knife has been personalised by ‘Geoff’ on the grip and scabbard. It has been embellished with a star on the scabbard and semi-precious stones on the grip.

*Condition*

This knife is in great condition for its age and use. The hilt remains strong and intact and the blade has light patina in keeping with its age. Please see pictures for more detail.
