Out of stock

SKU: JA_715338409 Category:

Made in Solingen by the well known EuF Horster factory. It has a serial no of 5953 which gives it a year of manufacture of 1940.

The scabbard is marked by the maker F Herder & Son 1940.

*Condition*

This is the best blade I have seen with perfect unmarked fully blued blade, as well as perfect pommel and crossguard. The grips have a couple of scores on the upper sides but for their age they are in VGC.  The frog is undamaged with good stitching and as good as can be expected for the age, the scabbard has many small chips to the paintwork but is undented and otherwise good condition.
