~ WW2 Era British Lee Enfield Jungle Carbine No5 grenade launcher Bolt Action Rifle ~

This is a wartime example of a no5 that’s been factory fitted with a WW1 SMLE grenade launcher (firing a blank round it fired either a Mills bomb or smoke grenade) and has been further modified with grenade launching stock re-enforcement bands

The bolt and magazine are original. The mag has been painted red to ensure that the soldier was aware he's loaded blanks.

The piece cocks and dry fires, as it is a grenade launcher and is not subject to the 2018 UK/EU spec.

The piece is serial numbered GA21241A.

The magazine bears its own markings. Please check the pictures.

The stock is numbered 23.
