Perhaps the finest private purchase fighting knife based on the First Pattern Fairbairn Sykes design offered during WWII, here we have a rare WW2 commando fighting knife by Cogswell & Harrison, the ricasso is correctly stamped 'Cogswell & Harrison Gunmaker London'.

The knife has a wooden grip, 'S' shape cross-guard and black leather scabbard.

~ Condition ~

The intact blade has surface corrosion. It retains a sharp point. The stitching on the scabbard is fine.

~ Dimensions ~

The knife is 26.5 cm (10.5 inches) in length with a 16 cm (6.25 inches) blade.
