A lever from a Second World War aircraft recovered from a crash site in Kent. The aircraft having been shot down over the area, possibly during the Battle of Britain.
The lever is part of a hydraulic pump which we believe would have operated the emergency undercarriage lowering mechanism of an aircraft.
We are unsure of the type of aircraft it came from.
The piece is mounted on a wooden board and comes with some paperwork pertaining to the items possible origins from the Imperial War Museum.

It weighs 4 Kg
~ Condition ~
The item itself is in semi-relic condition (see images).
The mounting board is a bit rough and ready but sturdy.
