Second World War Fairburn Sykes Fighting Knife

A 3rd Patter Fighting knife with the doughnut top nut and ribbed grip, with “Sheffield England” etched on the parkerised blade. This has a correct pattern replacement sheath which also shows signs of wear so we believe it is a historic replacement.

*Condition*

This knife has the correct patina and finish for its age and use, there is some pitting to the blade and crossguard, with some loss of paint to the handle and hilt top. The scabbard is in good overall condition but does show signs of use. Please see the pictures as these form part of our condition report.
