The set consists of: The Military Medal, The War Medal (1914-1918), The Victory Medal and The Territorial Efficiency Medal.

The medals are all engraved to the edge.

The Military Medal reads: ‘432505 SAPr R.Ashton. 55/ SIG:Coy R.E.’.

The War Medal & Victory Medal read: ‘38946 PTE R. ASHTON. CHES. R’.

The TEF Medal reads: ‘2579027. CPL. R. ASHTON. R. S/GS.’.

The medals have their ribbons and are mounted on black card with information labels.
