For sale is a good example of a German World War 1 Seitengewehr 1884/98 Sawback bayonet and scabbard. This sawback K98 bayonet is a rare and desirable variant. It is from the First World War, with the technical designation S84/98.
*Condition*
The Bayonet is in very good condition. The blade is still sharp and shiny with some historical pitting. The wooden/mental grip is nicely polished. The scabbard shows its age more than the blade but it still functional. Please refer to the images as a part of our condition report.
