For sale is a Pattern 1907 bayonet with scabbard date and stamped to 1914. The Pattern 1907 bayonet, officially called the Sword bayonet, pattern 1907 (Mark I), was a British bayonet designed to be used with the Short Magazine Lee Enfield (SMLE) rifle. The Pattern 1907 bayonet was used by the British and Commonwealth forces throughout both the First and Second World Wars.
*Condition*
Overall, the bayonet is in decent condition. There is slight chipping on the wooden grip. Various light pitting on the blade but stamps are still visibly. The leather scabbard it still very solid but there is also pitting on the metal ends. Please refer to the images as a part of our condition report.
