~ Victorian Prince of Wales Feathers Flag ~

A Victorian era flag showing a banner upon which is the heraldic badge of the Prince of Wales.

The badge consists of three white ostrich feathers emerging from a gold coronet. A ribbon below the coronet bears the motto ‘Ich Dien’ (I serve).

The flag is marked to the edge ‘6768’ (or 676B).

The flag measures 61cm (24 inches) by 74cm (29 inches).

~ Condition ~

The flag has some age spotting, a small hole, a tear to the edge and a little wear to the corners (see images for further details).

The flag is otherwise in good condition for its age.
