The telescope has a brass body and a woven cord grip.

The maker's name and address of "63 St. Paul's Church Yard, London" are engraved on the eyepiece barrel.

The telescope comes with its brass objective lens cap and cardboard storage tube.

When fully compacted, the telescope is 18cm (7 inches) long.
