A charming Edwardian sterling silver stamp holder.
This double compartment stamp holder is of trough shape with hinged lid and stands on four ball feet.
The lid has two glazed windows. The glass slides out so you can put stamps in the apertures.
The piece is hallmarked to both parts for sterling silver, Birmingham, 1908. The hallmark to the side is rather worn but the marks to the lid are quite clear.
Included are 2 x Edward VII one penny stamps, a Queen Victoria one penny stamp and a Queen Victoria stamp from Bermuda.

There are a couple of light dings to the lid but overall the piece is in a really nice condition with no damage.
