~ Stanley London Brass Pocket Sextant ~
The rounded sextant is made from brass. The outer cover is of the screw threaded type, which serves also as a base & protector for the sextant (which has a double sided screw top lid/base). Viewing is through the sliding brass pinhole shutter attached to the top edge. The lenses, mirrors and filters are all just below in a small sheltered section. The dials & adjusters are all in working order.
The outer cover has a small handle and is branded “Stanley London”

The sextant has a diameter of 3 inches (7.6 cm) & a height of 1.6 inches (4 cm).
It weighs 540 g.
~ Condition ~
The dials & adjusters are all in working order. The case is scratched and worn but appears to be in mostly good condition with no dents or major damage.
