A lovely large Royal Doulton Lambeth  jardinière.

The jardinière is of bulbous form with four small handles, a quite rare shape.

It has a band of raised floral decoration on a sandy ground  whilst the main body has a royal blue glaze.

The jardiniere bears the ‘Doulton Lambeth England’ stamp and pattern no. ‘1726’ to the underside. It also has the potters initials of 'FC' for Fanny Clark.

~ Dimensions ~

The jardiniere has a diameter of 23cm (9 inches) and a height of 19cm (7 ½ inches).

It weighs  1.96 Kg.

~ Condition ~

There are a couple of flea bite chips to the lower edge (barely noticeable) and residue to the interior from use but otherwise it is in a lovely condition.
