~ Pair Of Georgian Spun Brass Ejector Candlesticks ~
This lovely pair of turned candlesticks are of baluster form with rectangular bases fitted with candle ejectors. They date to around 1800.
~ Dimensions ~
Each candlestick measures 8 ½ inches (21.5cm) high. Their bases measure 4 inches (10cm) by 3 ¼ inches (8cm). They weigh 379g and 384g.
~ Condition ~
The sticks have a little wear in parts and a couple of marks which appear to be manufacturing marks. One of the sticks has a slightly out of shape base, but in general they are both in great condition. The ejector mechanism is in working order on both but the ‘push’ buttons are missing.
