The steel axe heads are perforated with geometric designs, etched circles and copper engraved bands.
The wooden shafts are engraved also with chequered designs.
At the end of the shaft is a steel screw off cover concealing a steel spike.

Both the axes are in good order.

The axes are 87 cm (34.5 inches) in length with a head depth of 14 cm (5.5 inches).
