~ Original WW2 German K98 Bayonet and Scabbard by E.PACK&S ~
This bayonet model was designed for use with the Karabiner 98k which was the standard service rifle for Germany during World War 2. This particular example was produced by E. Oack & S. It has the serial number 7957e stamped on the ricasso.
The scabbard had been repainted and bears the manufacturer's mark '44col' and serial 1160.
The pommel is stamped with a pair of waffenampt as is the underbarrel plate and the catch button.
~Condition~
This bayonet is in good condition for its age and use. The blade is excellent. The grip has been varnished.
