These Nikon Marine Binoculars are designed for marine use, both civilian and naval.
These extremely high quality, polished set of steel and brass binoculars were manufactured by Nikon bearing the marker of 20 x 120 III 3 degree Nippon Kogaku Japan. Amongst the best optics in the world, they were designed for viewing the far horizon whilst at sea, mounted to a ship with extreme magnification capability. They have exceptional optics. These 'big eye' Nikon's date to circa 1960 and they are amongst the best binoculars in the world. They come with a polished heavy metal base from a ship.
~ Condition ~
The optics are very decent, the piece is in good working order. The eyes pieces are a later replacement.

The set stands at 157 cm (62 inches) tall. The binoculars are 60 cm (23.5 inches) in length.
