This 74 page treatise on painting and drawing techniques is by the pre-eminent Victorian and Edwardian maritime artist William Lionel Wyllie (1851-1931). It was published by Edward Arnold of London in 1903.

~ Condition ~
The book is in fair condition. The covers corners and spine are scuffed. The fly papers are mottled, the main pages are generally excellent with penciled notes and underlining.
