A lovely Moorcroft pottery plate in the ‘Stylized Orchid’ pattern.

The plate features tube line decoration of stylized orchid flowers in an Art Nouveau style, in colours on a deep blue ground.

There are the usual impressed marks to base (see images) as well as the signature of artist Emma Bossons and a date of 2003.

The plate is of a limited run, numbered 199 of 400.

The plate has a diameter of 22cm (8 ¾ inches).

It weighs 680g.

The plate is in a lovely condition with no damags.
