Late WW2 German Mauser K98 Bolt Action Rifle Deactivated

This is an interesting example of a late war Mauser assembled by whatever spare parts could still be found in the Reich.

The barrel is serial numbered “47262” and “47252”, “BYF”, “40”.

The trigger guard and the ‘byf’ and the serial no. 47262 and quite a number of waffenampt stamps.

The bolt is stamped ‘7262’.

All the main parts have waffenampt stamps.

The rifle is in good condition as can be seen in the pictures.
