~ Hausser Post War Tin Plate Toy Model No. 719 Large Anti-Tank Gun ~
A nice quality tin plate toy of a ‘Panzer-Abwehrgeschutz’ or ‘Large Anti-Tank Gun’ made by the German company O&M Hausser (famous for their
‘Elastolin’ figures). This is the post war version.
The piece comprises of an anti-tank gun mounted on a two wheel field carriage with an angled shield, a split tubular trail, and 2 x fixed trail spades.
The piece is painted in a green finish, has rubber tyres and has a ‘firing’ mechanism for caps. The piece is marked ‘Hausser Germany’ to the barrel and ‘Hausser’ to each tyre.

The piece measures 24cm (9 ½ inches) in length, 9.5cm (3 ¾ inches) wide and 8cm (3 ¼ inches) in height.
It weighs 120g.
~ Condition ~
The piece is in a very nice condition. The tyres are in good order and the paintwork has only a couple of very minor scratches.
The firing function is a bit worn so doesn’t always engage, but will work with a little care.
