The French sword has a slightly curved steel blade and ribbed brass guard. It comes with a leather scabbard with brass fittings, a leather frog and a blue wool sword knot with a leather strap.

Please refer to the images for condition. The blade edge is nick free and the leather work still supple.

The sword is 73 cm (28.5 inches) in total length with a 59 cm (23 inches) blade.
