This fine watercolour on paper by Colin M. Baxter (British, Master Mariner, born 1963) depicts HMS Warrior departing Portsmouth Harbour, passing the training ship HMS St. Vincent, c1870. It is signed to the lower left. The painting is well presented in a wooden frame which is glazed and has double lined mounts.
