~ Circa 1900 Brass Raised Design Vesta Case ~
This vesta case is beautifully crafted with the same raised design on both sides, perhaps based on the centre of a flower head. There is an oval shape cartouche to the front and back which is still blank so it could be personalized. It has a striker on the base.
The side is stamped with the numbers 'Rd 147180, 180'.
~ Dimensions ~
The case has a height of 2 inches (5 cm), a width of 1.5 inches (3.75 cm) and a depth of 15 mm. It weighs 32 g.
~ Condition ~
The case is in an overall good condition with minimal scratching to the body. The spring seems to be strong . Nice and shiny.
