A stylish gold plated Liberty coin watch by Curtis, dating to the 1980’s.

The dial is in the form of an American coin with a raised image of Liberty to the centre.

The hours are marked in stars and it has two simple black hands.

The dial reads both ‘Liberty’ and ‘Curtis’.

The bezel has a reeded edge, just as a coin would.

The case is finished in 10 micron gold plating.

The case-back is marked with a serial no. 151.

The watch has a 17 jewel, Swiss made mechanical/manual wind movement.

It comes on a black leather strap.

The watch measures 33mm across the bezel while the dial has a diameter of 30mm.

The strap has a length of 24cm (9 ½ inches).

The watch weighs 26g

~ Condition ~

The dial is clean and the crystal has only very light wear, but appears clear to the naked eye.

There are a few scratches to the case-back but in general the case is in very good order.

The strap is fairly new and in good order.

The watch is in good working order.
