A small black Bakelite snuff box commemorating the 50^th anniversary of the birth of Adolf Hitler.

To the front is a small circular metal disc/plaque with the image of Hitler and to the underside is another plaque which reads:

‘Vor 50 jahren am 20 April 1889 wurde unser Fuhrer Adolf Hitler der schopfer des Grossdeutchen reiches geboren’.

This translates as:

‘50 years ago on April 20th, 1889 our Fuhrer Adolf Hitler the creator of the great German empire was born’.

The box has a diameter of 5cm and a depth of 2.5cm

It weighs 38.5g

The piece is in a very good condition for its age with no major issues.
