A circa 1920 cast brass Charles Dickens door knocker.

Featuring images of seven characters and the face of Charles Dickens with the year dates of his birth and death.

The characters featured are: Silas Wegg, Sam Weller, Samuel Pickwick, Captain Cuttle, Seth Pecksniff, Sidney Carton and Barnaby Rudge.

There are Registry Design numbers to both parts but these are difficult to distinguish.

The piece measures 7.5cm (3 inches) by 12cm (4 ¾ inches).

It weighs 145g.
