A lovely small hinged trinket box of tortoise shell and sterling silver dated for 1908.

The box has inlaid silver decoration of a bow and flowers to the lid. The edge of the lid and rim are also finished in silver.

The box is hallmarked for sterling silver, Birmingham, 1908 with the makers mark ‘L&S’ (Levi And Salaman).

~ Dimensions ~

The box measures 7cm (2 ¾ inches) by 4.5cm (1 ¾ inches) with a height of 3cm (1 ¼ inches).

It weighs 43 g.

~ Condition ~

The piece is in a really lovely condition with no damage.
