~ Bronze Desk Cannon In The Royal Navy Style HMS Victory 1805  ~

The cannon has a bronze three stage barrel, un-pierced 'touch hole' with plain trunions and a ball cascabel. It rests on an oak Royal Navy style truck with brass wheels and it is inscribed 'Victory. 1805' to the underside.

The barrel is 36 cm (14 inches) in length with a width, including the wheels, of 16 cm (6.5 inches).
